Mariam Inna Kanouté est une coach professionnelle certifiée par ICI Genève, spécialisée dans l’accompagnement du changement et le développement du potentiel humain. Depuis 10 ans, elle accompagne les organisations, leurs dirigeants et les équipes à travers une approche centrée sur l’intelligence collective et la performance durable.

A Master Practitioner in NLP and certified in DISC, emotional intelligence, and team building, Mariam promotes cooperation and synergy within teams. Using the Human Element method, she helps leaders adopt authentic and aligned management styles.

Bourama Diarra est spécialisé en gestion des industries culturelles et créatives et Expert en Art social pour le changement de comportement. Il est l’Administrateur du Centre Culturel Kôrè (membre du Groupe Kôrè Art et Culture – GKAC), un centre de référence régionale qui s’investit dans la promotion de l’art, l’éducation culturelle, l’art social, la production et la diffusion d’œuvres artistiques.
Certifié Maaya Entrepreneur et formateur à l’IKAM, Bourama Diarra est titulaire d’un Master 2 en droit de l’environnement. Il a coordonné, de 2017 à 2020, le programme Durabilité de Ségou’Art – Festival sur le Niger. Il est actuellement Coordinateur de la Foire de Ségou 2025, composante de Ségou’Art – Festival sur le Niger.

Bourama Diarra is specialized in managing cultural and creative industries and is an expert in social art for behavior change. He is the Administrator of the Centre Culturel Kôrè (member of Groupe Kôrè Art & Culture – GKAC), a regional reference center committed to promoting art, cultural education, social art, and the production and dissemination of artistic works.
A certified Maaya Entrepreneur and trainer at IKAM, he holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Law. From 2017 to 2020, he coordinated the sustainability program of Ségou’Art – Festival sur le Niger. He currently serves as Coordinator of the Ségou Fair 2025, a component of Ségou’Art – Festival sur le Niger.

Ingénieur culturel, Mohamed Doumbia est expert et formateur agréé en gestion financière et fundraising des industries culturelles et créatives. Il occupe, depuis janvier 2024, le poste de Directeur Exécutif du Fonds Africain pour la Culture (ACF).
Il a été Coordinateur du Projet AWA / Programme ACP-UE Culture Afrique de l’Ouest, un projet de l’Union Européenne mis en œuvre par le Consortium Institut français de Paris et le Centre Culturel Kôrè de Ségou.
Il a formé et encadré plusieurs acteurs culturels et artistes dans les 16 pays de l’Afrique de l’Ouest. Expert reconnu en gestion financière des industries culturelles et artistiques, il fut l’administrateur du Festival sur le Niger de 2008 à 2018.
Biography
A cultural engineer, Mohamed Doumbia is a certified expert and trainer in financial management and fundraising for cultural and creative industries. Since January 2024, he has served as Executive Director of the African Culture Fund (ACF).
He was the Coordinator of the AWA Project / ACP-EU Culture Program for West Africa, an EU-funded initiative implemented by the Institut français de Paris and the Centre Culturel Kôrè de Ségou.
He has trained and mentored numerous cultural actors and artists across 16 West African countries. A recognized expert in cultural and artistic financial management, he was Administrator of the Festival sur le Niger from 2008 to 2018.
Mohamed DOUMBIA
Biographie
Spécialiste de Sociologie littéraire et de civilisation africaine, Docteur ès lettres de l’université de la Sorbonne Paris IV, Fodé Moussa Sidibé est un militant engagé de la culture autochtone malienne.
Il est Professeur chargé de cours à la Faculté des Lettres et Sciences du Langage (FLSL) de l’Université de Bamako. Il est chercheur et auteur reconnu pour la qualité de ses travaux sur la tradition orale, la religion africaine et sur la confrérie des maîtres-chasseurs donso.
Dr. Sidibé est l’auteur de plusieurs publications de fond sur la tradition orale et poursuit ses recherches, particulièrement, sur la spiritualité et les croyances bamanan.

A specialist in literary sociology and African civilization, Dr. Fodé Moussa Sidibé holds a PhD in Literature from Sorbonne University Paris IV. He is a passionate advocate for indigenous Malian culture.
He lectures at the Faculty of Letters and Language Sciences (FLSL) at the University of Bamako. Dr. Sidibé is a recognized researcher and author known for his work on oral tradition, African religion, and the brotherhood of Donso hunter-masters.
He has published several foundational texts on oral tradition and continues his research particularly on Bambara spirituality and belief systems.

Biographie
Salia Malé est titulaire d’un Doctorat en Lettres et Sociologie Comparative, avec option Ethnologie générale de l’université Paris X en 1995. Il est Directeur de Recherche depuis 2002. Il est l’auteur d’une vingtaine d’articles sur divers aspects des traditions culturelles Maliennes (Ex : La Religion traditionnelle comme vecteur de sociabilité : le cas du Jo dans le Baniko).
Dr. Malé a été le Directeur adjoint du Musée National du Mali et du Master en Actions Artistiques et Culturelles (MAAC) du Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers Multimédia Balla Fasseke Kouyaté.
Biography
Dr. Salia Malé holds a PhD in Letters and Comparative Sociology with a specialization in General Ethnology from the University of Paris X (1995). He has served as a Research Director since 2002. Dr. Malé is the author of over twenty articles on various aspects of Malian cultural traditions (e.g., Traditional religion as a vehicle for social bonding: the case of the Jo in Baniko).
He was Deputy Director of the National Museum of Mali and of the Master’s program in Artistic and Cultural Actions (MAAC) at the Conservatory of Multimedia Arts and Crafts Balla Fasseke Kouyaté.

Titulaire d’un Master 2 en Relations Internationales de l’Université d’Utrecht (Pays-Bas), Kéba est spécialiste en relations internationales et en gestion des industries culturelles et créatives. Il a également étudié les Relations Internationales et la Politologie à la Sorbonne (France).
Maaya entrepreneur, Kéba est le Directeur de l’Institut Kôrè des Arts & Métiers (IKAM), un institut universitaire spécialisé dans l’entrepreneuriat culturel et les métiers d’art. Il est aussi le Responsable des Partenariats du Consortium culturel GKAC (Groupe Kôrè Art & Culture) regroupant la Fondation Festival sur le Niger, le Centre Culturel Kôrè et l’IKAM, dans une dynamique de mutualisation, de synergie et d’entraide.
Il est également le Coordinateur de l’Association SMARTS Ségou, qui valorise les produits locaux et facilite les échanges entre acteurs culturels pour promouvoir l’art malien, renforcer les capacités des artistes et artisans, et stimuler la création. Il coordonne aussi la Nuit du Pagne Tissé, un événement visant à promouvoir le textile malien, renforcer le label pagne tissé de Ségou et stimuler l’économie locale.

Kéba Daffé holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Utrecht University (Netherlands) and specializes in international relations and the management of cultural and creative industries. He also studied International Relations and Political Science at the Sorbonne (France).
A Maaya Entrepreneur, Kéba is the Director of the Institut Kôrè des Arts & Métiers (IKAM), a university-level institute focused on cultural entrepreneurship and creative industries. He also serves as the Partnership Manager for the GKAC cultural consortium (Groupe Kôrè Art & Culture), which brings together the Fondation Festival sur le Niger, the Centre Culturel Kôrè, and IKAM in a collaborative and supportive dynamic.
In addition, he coordinates the SMARTS Ségou Association, which promotes local products and facilitates exchange among cultural actors to showcase Malian art, build the capacity of artists and artisans, and stimulate creative production. He also coordinates La Nuit du Pagne Tissé, an event that promotes Malian textiles, strengthens the Ségou pagne tissé label, and boosts the local economy.
